Every journey starts with a moment—and ours began in 2019, at the end of a long, exhausting day. In the middle of that ordinary moment came an extraordinary question: what if we built something of our own?

What followed wasn’t just an idea—it was a spark. With a shared background in hospitality and a deep passion for creating unforgettable experiences, we saw an opportunity to bring something new to the Essex scene: a premium mobile bar service that blended exceptional drinks with personality, energy, and genuine connection.

That same summer, we took our first bold step. We purchased a horsebox trailer and set out to transform it into a fully functioning bar. It wasn’t easy—but with the support of family, long days, and relentless determination, we turned a simple shell into something truly special: a bar on wheels, ready to serve and stand out.

Just as everything came together, the world changed. The COVID-19 pandemic brought the hospitality industry to a sudden stop. But instead of standing still, we adapted and evolved. We brought the experience into people’s homes through virtual cocktail masterclasses and handcrafted cocktail kits—keeping the spirit of connection alive when it mattered most.

When the world began to reopen, so did our opportunity. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, our mobile bar quickly became part of weddings, birthdays, and corporate events across Essex, London, Kent, and beyond.
Each event, each guest, and each experience helped shape who we are today.

Three years after that first conversation, we reached a milestone that once felt like a distant dream—the opening of our first permanent space, The Taproom.

What started as a simple idea has grown into something far greater: a brand built on passion, resilience, and the drive to create memorable experiences—wherever the bar goes next.
